Whatever we do, whatever has happened, and whatever might occur in the near future… we will leave traces of our efforts and deeds behind.
We aim to rediscover and follow the ephemerality of life in form of traces, simulate them and in doing so, provide some food for thought.
Many lives at the Court, in the Court could and will never be fully reconstructed. A place where sharp and blurred events shake hands. We have come up with a way of displaying the dynamics between above mentioned contrast and by the same token give visibility to both those who worked within the legal system and those whose cases got adjudicated on. We have come up with a way of displaying the dynamics between above mentioned contrast and by the same token give visibility to both those who worked within the legal system and those whose cases got adjudicated on.
The transience of such an eventful place becomes clear
when one considers what 100 years is for a human being. The impermanence of life is never fully addressed; however by confronting our past we are able to reflect on the here and now which might in turn impact our future. The Court is a space that is now undergoing this change. In the future, young creative people will find a place where they can develop.

With the paper artworks, which were created in collaboration with various creatives and artists, Labor Fou wants to present diverse works in analogue space that are virtually charged (augmented reality). It is about respect for our history. We want people/society to be open to discourse and for future generations to learn to live their lives with this “togetherness”.
   Discourse can be learned.
The paperarts are prepared in such a way that they can be placed in the court and appear either in one place or distributed in several places. They occupy the space allotted to them by the viewer. The juxtaposition of digital and analogue, sharp and blurred, and past and future is clearly recognisable in the works. Absence in presence is a paradox that is deliberately taken up by Labor Fou.
In the future, we will have more and more options to capture traces through technological achievements, but this does not exclude mistakes. We humans make mistakes and these mistakes serve the machines. Let us see, deal with it openly and learn.
It is just a breeze in the time of life.
A moment, a beat in time, thousand years equal one day.
   It is just a breeze.
